Release of siteSifter 2.10 (p8)

The 8^th release of siteSifter 2.10 focuses mainly on new features such as per-report and extended report default text configuration. There's also a new file manager, supporting ERM screenshot handling and CSV file upload of URIs to test.

There are also new bugfixes, some improvements to the HTML report format, and a number of minor UI changes.
